Refund policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

You will have 14 days after your order has been fulfilled to notify us if you are dissatisfied with your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 If your return is accepted, you will have 7 days to get the item back to us.

Return shipping will be at the expense of the customer. You will be refunded for the item value only once the return has made it back to us in its original condition. You will not be refunded any shipping costs spent on the order originally. If the item is not received in its original condition, you will not receive a refund for your return.

Damages and issues

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email at info@dirtdisorder.com Email must include your name, order number and a photograph providing proof of damage. If the exterior packaging is damaged, you must also provide proof of the envelope or box. In order to receive a replacement item, the damaged item must be returned with tags still attached and must not be washed or worn.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items.) Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

All fundraising/campaign items and hats are not eligible for return. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@dirtdisorder.com
